The concept developed for the revitalization and expansion of Hala Koszyki results in the restoration of its architectural form and retail character, as well as the renovation of a historical brick annex and the creation of offices. Three office buildings A, B and C were erected to provide a frame for Hala Koszyki and also to compliment the building's existing frontage along Koszykowa Street. Each building's elegant and minimalist facade blends harmoniously in with the surroundings, magnifying the timeless beauty of Hala Koszyki. The principal assumption behind the reconstruction of the mall's front elevation is the restoration of its original shell, characteristic segmentation and windows. The rebuilt brick walls form the perfect backdrop for the two art nouveau entrance gate buildings, and the glass spaces around the courtyard on Koszykowa Street recollect the stalls once located there.
